IB®2 cutting-off machine

The IB®2 is a cutting-off machine with automatic wheel feed. This means that the cutting process itself is executed fully automatically, making it ideal for use as an auxiliary machine. The fully enclosed machine with automatic cutting-off wheel feed enables a reliable work process and close tolerances.

• Feed
  • The automatic machine has a hydropneumatic feed unit, whose feed rate is regulated via a rotary knob, enabling the optimum feed rate to be set.
• Clamping
  • Two independent clamping arms hold the workpiece safely in a V-block.
• Length setting
  • The adjustable length stop with vernier scale enables quick setup and guarantees a repeat accuracy of more than 0.1 mm.
